How to order !
LEGO fans who want to start building after seeing all this: surf to www.lego.com. You can order bulk quantities of LEGO there (www.lego.com/bulk),and there is (not for Mac, unfortunately) a way of ordering your own mosaic
But of course,
you can also ask Dirk to make a sculpture or mosaic for you. It is a pretty
expensive job, we can tell you. A three dimensional head or bust can cost
up to 6,000 Euro (it is hardly ever cheaper than 4,000 Euro). A mosaic
with bricks on top of each other - so knobs are inside the picture- (as
in the coloured Manneke Pis below) amounts to between 350 and 1,000 Euro.
The cheapest is a mosaic with knobs-on-top. This is the kind you can order
through LEGO as well, but we can offer it with some colours. A mosaic
like the red-haired girl (Karen Meynen, famous Radio presenter) costs
about 200 Euro.
