Dirk Denoyelle en Kris De Jean
Hello !
For most of you it has been quite some time since you’ve heard from
Dirk Denoyelle and Kris De Jean (or “The Edgy Engineers”, as
they are called outside Belgium)
So, just before summer holidays, some good news: the performances for
an international audience are boosting !
Last May 11th, Dirk and Kris played in the European Parliament in Brussels
at the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the EFA (European Free Alliance,
the union of democratic regional parties). A few weeks earlier they played
an English demo-show in Brussels, attended by 8 different nationalities,
and with great succes.
The number of performances in front of a non-Flemish audience has significantly
increased: “Maintenance Manager of the Year” (Flemish and French
speaking), the Euregio Benelux Middengebied Stakeholders Conference (Flemish
and Dutch), 20 years VEXPAN (Dutch), Aviapartner European Management Conference,
... In July Dirk is travelling to Italy for an other company’s European
Management Meeting and at the end of August The Edgy Engineers will be
playing try-outs in Germany and Austria and/or Süd-Tirol (German
speaking Italy)
The Edgy Engineers will focus more and more on seminars and congresses.
“The Alternative Audit” is a 30 minute show in which Dirk gives
his – pretty akward - views on your organisation. This can be a great
way to round up a long (and boring...?) seminar day. Or a good way to
start the afternoon sessions. Or Dirk can give short comments in between
sessions: George Bush thanking your company for its support in the war
against terrorism, Bill Gates warning for using the wrong IT-solutions,
or some silly consultant named Adam Goldschmidt messing up your entire
HR strategy...
The audience gets a good laugh, and the company’s serious message
will be remembered well !
At this point, and with the help of the people from the Flanders Investment
and Trade Offices, Dirk is looking for agents in Scandinavia, the UK,
